WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Job Description:

The DC warehouse associate will be responsible for operating equipment and material handling for the purpose of receiving, splitting, and pulling product to ship to the stores.

Position Responsibilities:

• Loading & unloading, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product.

• Shipping & receiving functions with use of proper computer equipment.

• Counting & inspecting product and notifying leadership when there are damages or discrepancies.

• Operate automated shrink-wrapping machine to wrap pallets

• Execute all safety protocols and accomplish job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.

• Ability to interact with customers and associates in a professional, positive, and courteous manner, and promote teamwork.

Minimum requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Some heavy lifting is required

• Open availability is required for full-time.

• Dependable transportation and reliable childcare (if applicable).

Position Wage Range:

Team Member rate is based on Illinois minimum wage requirements and age applicable requirements. Range is $15-$17 per hour and $13 per hour for those under 18 years of age.
